Purchasing your gifts using MyList services is simple and easy.

We have referenced a lot of goods and services of our Partner Stores, however you are allowed to buy any good and/or service sold by the Partner Store at the time of the Purchase even if this product is not specifically referenced on the Website. Moreover, you can change your mind at any time before the Purchase and the goods and/or services that you would like to buy can be different from the ones selected in your gift list.

SHOPPING IN PARTNER STORES

1. Once you have received some donations on your account, order your MyList Vouchers*;
2. Go directly to the Partner Store and select the goods and/or services you would like to purchase;
3. Pay at the cashier with MyList Vouchers, with the obligation to present a valid photo identification (for example, passport, Emirates ID card, UAE driving licence);
4. Your list account will be immediately debited by the purchase amount;
5. Come back home with your purchases.

SHOPPING ON A WEBSITE

Some of the Partner Stores are internet websites.

1. Connect you on a website which is referenced as a Partner Store and select the goods and/or services you would like to purchase;
2. Select MyList Vouchers in the payment methods of the Website, fill in the information required by the Partner Store, including your client number, your list number and the password MyList provided you;
3. In order to complete the order, the Partner Store will request MyList to authorize the Purchase (in the following 10 business days);
4. If you have enough credit available on your list account, MyList will authorize the Purchase and you will receive the goods and/or services you ordered at home.

SHOPPING THROUGH MYLIST

Some goods and/or services can be purchased only through MyList (for example, if a Partner Store is a website does not include MyList Vouchers in its payment methods).

2. MyList will contact the selected Partner Store in order to obtain a quote and then send it to you;
3. You shall agree with this quote and confirm your order by email;
4. If you have enough credit available on your list account, MyList will authorize the Purchase and you will receive the goods and/or services you ordered at home.
